Promotions & Discount Policy
From time to time, Indigenous Box may offer promotional pricing for select products or collections (including seasonal sales such as Black Friday or Boxing Day). The following terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
1. Online Orders Only
Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed directly through our website during the published promotion period.
Orders placed via email, invoice, phone, or through our sales team are not eligible for promotional pricing unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Sale Periods Are Time-Bound
Promotional pricing is valid only for orders placed and paid for within the advertised sale dates.
We are unable to apply sale pricing retroactively to orders placed before or after a promotion ends.
3. In-Stock Inventory Only
Promotional pricing applies only to products that are in stock at the time of purchase.
Products that require reordering, production, special sourcing, or extended lead times are excluded from promotional pricing.
4. Exclusions: Custom, Bulk & Corporate Orders
Promotional pricing does not apply to:
- Custom gift boxes or curated orders
- Bulk or corporate orders
- Multi-address shipments arranged through our sales team
- Orders requiring new supplier purchase orders
Pricing for these orders is structured separately based on sourcing, timelines, and logistics.
5. No Price Holds or Extensions
We are unable to hold promotional pricing for future orders, delayed orders, or orders confirmed after a sale has ended, even if discussed during a promotion period.
6. Limited Quantities
All promotions are subject to available inventory while supplies last.
Why this policy exists
Our promotional pricing is designed to offer limited-time savings on existing inventory. Custom and bulk orders require additional planning and sourcing, which means promotional pricing cannot be extended to those orders.
