At Indigenous Box, we genuinely care about your satisfaction and the quality of our products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work closely with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or store credit. Just a heads up, shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there are any damages, defects, or you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away. We'll take care of it and make it right.
