Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship within Canada. Free standard shipping is available on orders $150+. Other shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Remote destinations may take longer.
Where is local pickup?
Pickup is at Edmonton International Airport, outside the City of Edmonton. Check the pickup address in checkout before traveling.
When should I order for Christmas 2026?
For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 11. Atlantic Canada, rural, remote and northern destinations require earlier ordering. Later dates may be available for Western Canada and local deliveries. These are recommended order-by dates. Delivery timing may vary due to carrier delays.
