Inspired by her parents' Tanzanian roots and her mother's dedication to equity and empowering individuals and communities, Alisha's global experiences in Haiti, Nepal, and South Africa ignited her desire to effect positive change. Combining her love for coffee with her commitment to social impact, she founded Road Coffee to empower farmers and promote independence and freedom - ultimately to find a solution to the Coffee Crisis.

Determined to address systemic inequities in the coffee supply chain, Alisha established Road Coffee to create direct trade partnerships, offer micro-loans to farmers, and ensure sustainable practices.
