Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is professional, outgoing, and motivated to grow. In this role, you will work with corporate, nonprofit, and government clients, supporting them with tailored gifting solutions, custom proposals, and a high level of customer care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate who may not yet have direct sales experience but has proven communication skills and confidence in professional settings. The right person will be trained and mentored in consultative B2B sales, CRM systems, and proposal development. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Build relationships with clients using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Develop and present custom quotes and proposals, with training and guidance provided
  • Gather and record critical client details accurately in the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to confirm product availability, timelines, and fulfillment details
  • Support meetings and presentations by preparing materials and following up promptly
  • Deliver an excellent client experience, combining professionalism, confidence, and warmth
  • Support the broader team as needed during peak periods (for example assisting with client communications, order coordination, or customer support) while gaining valuable exposure to different parts of the business
  • Contribute ideas and energy to improve processes as the company grows
Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional presence
• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable engaging with people in person, on the phone, and over email
• Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ambitious and driven to learn with a growth mindset
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset but not required training will be provided
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and learning new tools (CRM training provided)
• Interest in business, sales, or supply chain is an asset

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that products flow smoothly through our warehouse, from receiving and storage to picking, packing, and shipping.

During peak seasons, this position is hands-on and fast-paced, leading daily operations and supporting the team to meet high-volume demand. Outside of peak periods, this role shifts to focus on warehouse improvements, ERP and process optimization projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow with a small but scaling team. As the company expands, there will be room to take on greater responsibility, cross-functional projects, and advancement into broader leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and assign duties to the warehouse team
•Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, storing, picking, and packing
•Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company protocols
•Monitor warehouse layout and optimize use of space
•Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team when needed
•Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and audits
•Collaborate with the Director of Operations on process improvements and ERP integration projects
•Contribute ideas and leadership to help shape warehouse systems as the company scales

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Education

•Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (required)
Experience
•2–4 years of relevant warehouse operations experience or demonstrated leadership potential through academic or co-op projects
•Prior experience supervising a small team is an asset

Certifications (Required)


•First Aid Certification (required, or willing to obtain)
•Forklift Operator Certification (preferred; training provided if not already certified)
