We are creating a small pool of Casual Fulfillment and Gift Packing Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, cares about presentation, and thrives during busy seasons.

Casual team members often receive consistent hours during holidays, corporate gifting periods, and large projects.

 You will help prepare beautiful gift boxes, pack orders accurately, and contribute
to the smooth flow of our warehouse during our busiest times of the year.

Gift Packing and Order Fulfillment

• Pack Gift boxes with care, accuracy, and consistency based on Indigenous Box standards
• Arrange products in a visually appealing way to create a premium unboxing experience
• Pick items for orders according to packing slips and follow the order of priorities set by the Production Lead
• Maintain both speed and quality during high-volume periods
  

Product Preparation ("Prep Work")

• Bubble-wrap fragile items such as jams, candles, and ceramics
• Sticker, tag, and bundle products as needed
• Assemble packaging materials including boxes, tissue, crinkle paper, and cards
• Keep prep areas tidy, organized, and well-stocked
  

Warehouse and Inventory Support

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking
• Support the Production Lead and wider team with tasks during production days and large projects

What we are looking for

• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating beautiful work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instruction and standard operating procedures
• A positive and team-focused attitude

Warehouse or retail experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

Availability

• Flexible availability, primarily on weekdays
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons such as November and December
• Occasional weekend availability is an asset
