IndigiQueer Mugs were featured in the Winter Hibernation Box 2022 and were made by Erica Gladue. 

Erica is Cree Métis from Treaty 6 Territory. Raised in Edmonton and from Calling Lake, Alberta. She graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Sociology and is passionate about breaking intergenerational trauma and re-connecting with her Cree Métis culture. Erica believes that representation and awareness are very important for the Two-Spirit, Indigenous community and was inspired to start IndigiQueerShop to spread the Indigenous culture through everyday items!

"Tansi, my name is Erica Gladue and I am Cree Métis from Treaty 6 Territory. I was raised in Edmonton but Calling Lake, Alberta, is home for me and where most of my family resides.

I graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Sociology and that is when I became passionate about breaking intergenerational trauma and re-connecting with my Indigenous culture.
