Up the Hill at Loakin Incorporated is a leading Indigenous female-owned and operated natural skin care and body care product brand in Canada. They use ancient Indigenous herbalist knowledge and culture to produce high quality skin care and wellness products.
The CEO, Chief Herbalist June Anthony-Reeves (formerly Kelly) an Indigenous Secwepemc woman wild harvests traditional Indigenous plant materials from the same traditional territory as her mother and great-grandmother harvested their herbal medicines. Her Mother and Great Grandmother were highly skilled herbalists in June’s community. June says they were scientists even before they knew the meaning of the word! June’s knowledge of harvesting foods and herbal medicines comes from her long line of Indigenous ancestors.
Up the Hill at Loakin Incorporated skin care products are made with natural, vegan, nut free ingredients. We use sustainable harvesting practices. They always make sure to leave enough plant medicines for the next generations to come.
We are thrilled to work with June and her team. Pair this tea with a selection of items that would make a great tea time moment with friends.
